Over the past decade, Green Day has won a ton of awards in many countries. We will try to provide each and every award that they have won on this page, however, sometimes we tend to miss one. Please feel free to e-mail me and let me know what I have missed. We don't post radio awards, unless it's a huge well known radio station.

 Febuary 2000: Green Day were nominated for a Grammy Award for Best Rock Instrumental Performance ("Espionage").  2001: Green Day blew away all competition in the 2001 California Music Awards (formerly the Bammies.) They won 8 statuettes: Outstanding Album (Warning), Outstanding Punk Rock/Ska Album (Warning), Outstanding Group, Outstanding Male Vocalist, Outstanding Bassist, Outstanding Drummer, Outstanding Songwriter and Outstanding Artist for the group. |
