Over the past decade, Green Day has won a ton of awards in many countries. We will try to provide each and every award that they have won on this page, however, sometimes we tend to miss one. Please feel free to e-mail me and let me know what I have missed. We don't post radio awards, unless it's a huge well known radio station.

 January 1998: Green Day were nominated for an American Music Award for Favorite Alternative Artist. September 1998: Green Day won a MTV Video Music Award for Best Alternative Video ("Time Of Your Life (Good Riddance)." January 1999: Green Day were nominated for an American Music Award for Favorite Alternative Artist. June 1999: Green Day were nominated for a MTV Movie Award for Best Song ("Nice Guys Finish Last"). |
