Shenanigans
1.
Suffocate Obviously, the song is about an addiction and how it is destroying your life - it destroys your body, your social life and your will to live. You want to quit but then go back to it again. And you realize that one day you will suffocate from it all.
Possibly, the idea of suffocating from an alcohol addiction comes not only from the emotional desperation, but also from the fact that sometimes alcoholics actually die from "drowning" in their own vomit. They pass out and start throwing up while being unconscious and this sometimes causes asphyxiation from choking on one's own puke. Of course, this is not an everyday thing, but it does happen, and since the narrator mentions that he's "feeling like a salad in his puke", he might be referring to the possibility of physically suffocating.
To a point the song is simply about death - realizing that one day you will suffocate, that one day your addiction will kill you.

I think it's about drinking (or being drunk) and the effects from it.

Desensitized
this song means that you can kill youself and i wont care. its basically saying that you can do bad things to yourself and i wont care.its like showing no sensitivity to anyone.

What I take away from this song is the dark side of internet/media addiction, and how it desensitizes you. The lines "Clenching my teeth tight / My head is like a sponge / Give it to me free" could easily be related to internet pornography. "So go ahead and kill yourselves / It all amuses me / For I'll be damned to spend the rest of my life in hell" might be talking about suicide videos or faces of death videos, and knowing how fucked up it is to even want to watch them. Same thing for the lines "Bring me blood and pain / Of a stranger's fate". That could also be about being addicted to all the news reports of deaths or tragic stories of random people.

You Lied
About how see-through people can be sometimes

You Lied is about somebody who just keeps lying all the time to get away from their problems, with a story that is "stretched and so far fetched and lacking an excuse"

Outsider
This is a fantastic cover. It's about going to a new place and being rejected but mainly because they don't know what it was like where you were from. they've never experienced anything like you have (im an outsider, outside of everything, everything you know..) i know because this describes my life %100

aside from being one of the best ramones songs ever written, this is a perfect conveyance of feeling isolated from everything and everyone, no matter what the circumstance. everyone at some point is an outsider, whether they feel they are or not.

well, i think this is about a kid that just "wants to be on t.v." and do a bunch of shit celebrities do everyday. and how celebrities get what they want and can control the masses with some of the things they do.

Scumbag This song describes a type of people that act incredibly friendly, come hugging you with a smile and telling you about their plans and about how great their life is. Most of the time they don't genuinely care about anyone, they just pretend to be your friend because they need someone to listen to their boasting. When they don't need you anymore they leave, but then come around again when they "run out of friends".
The narrator is irritated because he had to encounter one of those people again and so he's asking them why the hell they showed up, "what's the special occasion?" No one wants them around because whenever they open their mouth it's "the same thing again and again".
The song also appears in the American Pie - 2 Soundtrack (2001).

Scumbag is about someone returning into a person's life. They may look different, but inside they are just the same. The person whose life they are coming back into can't understand why they have returned, but isn't convinced by them.

Sick of Me The narrator's words are directed towards his partner. They have probably been in a relationship for some time and now it's not going as well as it should anymore. He's describing various aspects of his relationship that he believes his partner is tired of and keeps repeating "you're sick of me". First he's asking: "am I losing you?" They're still trying to make their relationship work, but it's obviously long been doomed to fall apart, and he doesn't understand why his partner won't just admit that they're sick of him. All the lies and tension are getting on his nerves and in the end he says "I'm sick of you too" - there is no point in going on like this anymore.

I think this song is about a couple and one of them is sick of the other but they're not actually leaving their partner cos the line 'you're coming back for more' is repeated a few times. Also, Billie is saying he's completely unloveable, and he admits he's not a great person to be with.

Rotting
Rotting is about someone who knows that their end is coming, and has basically given up to it. They can't do anything about it, and they are so far gone that there's no emotion left to show about their dying. They don't to want to try to stop it. "Black rose of death in my fist I clutch. Thorns shred my fingertips and drips toxic blood." He's not willing to let go of the thing that's killing him.

Do Da Da This song is a part of the legend about a studio mix up that gave the name to the song Stuck with Me from Insomniac, and left Do Da Da with no title. Supposedly, the name "Stuck with Me" was given to the song by mistake - someone in the studio wrote the title on the demo, and the band then decided to keep the name since they found it fitting. Do Da Da was the original owner of that title, so the band had to think of another name for this song, and they decided to give it a meaningless title "Do Da Da".
In the song the narrator is talking about a person who is/was very devoted to him in a relationship. He realizes how much they've sacrificed to be a good friend for him and support him through the hard times. Now he's saying that by being so selfless and devoted they have drowned in the negativity of his life and now they're stuck with him and all of his issues.

Hmm, I think the song also, beside the problems in life, is about a relationship, "waste with me into nothing, well now you're stuck with me". relationship on a bad day it sounds like..

Do Da Da is about a person who expects a lot out of their boyfriend or girlfriend, to the point where they expect that person to handle their entire life. "Rush into my depression, sacrifice everything" basically means "Sacrifice your own time/life to help me with mine" then "waste with me into nothing, now you're stuck with me" Once the boyfriend/girlfriend gets involved with this person, they get attached despite the unfairness of the relationship, and now they can't get out.

Trivia (although most people already know this): It was meant to be called Stuck With Me and was recorded for Insomniac, but it got taken off. Someone labelled the Stuck With Me on Insomniac "Stuck With Me" by mistake, and it never got changed back, so they called the original Stuck With Me Do Da Da instead. Hence why Stuck With Me doesn't actually say stuck with me, but Do Da Da does.
Yeah. It's about someone who is having difficulties and problems in life. When a friend comes in to help with the problems, dropping everything to help the person, they end up being dragged into these problems and not being able to get out of them.

I think this song is about Billie and Adrienne. The fact that he's such a hassle to be with but they're married so it's "till death do we part" hence "well now you're stuck with me".

Ha Ha You're Dead
To me this song is about a bully who died and the victim is finally happy " Ha Ha your dead and I'm so happy , You were an A**hole and now your gone and when your ship is going down I'll stand out and watch you drown Ha Ha your Dead Ha Ha your dead" This is pretty harsh so it must have been about a bully who died.
